What Does the Review Include?
The review includes an assessment of the materials provided and legal advice regarding significant issues identified in the record. This may include the strengths and weaknesses of the case, evidentiary deficiencies, consistency of the filing, and potential options or next steps.
The purpose of the review is to provide an independent legal assessment. A second opinion does not necessarily mean that a different strategy or outcome is available.
RFE, NOID and Denied Case Reviews
This service may be used to obtain an independent review after receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), or denial from USCIS.
Because these matters may involve substantial records and strict response deadlines, the scope of the review depends on the volume and complexity of the materials submitted. Matters requiring extensive review may require additional attorney time and fees, which will be discussed before additional work is undertaken.
Scope of the Review
This service is limited to legal consultation and review of the materials provided. It does not include preparation of an RFE or NOID response, preparation or refiling of a petition or application, preparation of an appeal or motion, representation before USCIS or another government agency, or entry of appearance as attorney of record unless separately agreed.
